  • We typically work alongside businesses with 2-35 employees. However, we do assist and provide ongoing support with special projects outside of this scope.

  • StellaHR focuses on employee compliance and employee relations. We do not currently advise on specific benefit offerings; however, we are able to refer companies to trusted Benefit partners; we work in conjunction to ensure they have a complete Total Rewards package.

  • We assist companies in creating accountability, conducting investigations, and developing employee skill sets. However, we also assist in recommending disciplinary action, up to and including, termination. We assist leaders in executing these actions.

  • We do not offer head-hunting services, but we look at internal processes including interviewing, job descriptions and onboarding programs to give companies the tools to effectively recruit and retain top talent.
